We are known for making a variety of gourmet toppings, syrups, jams and jellies and ice cream toppings, but we specialize in chokecherry syrups and toppings. Chokecherries are native to the Big Horn Mountains region of northern Wyoming as well as in many other areas. Since we are located right at the foot of the Big Horn Mountains, we pick all of our chokecherries by hand.  For those of you who aren't familiar with chokecherries, a chokecherry is a small wild berry.  The recipes that we use come from great grandmothers and, if you are like us, you know that their recipes are the best.  So we encourage you to try our products.  We know you will enjoy them.
